Welcome to Premium Cars Rental Dubai. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a vehicle with us. By using our website and renting a vehicle, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Rental Requirements & Age Limits
- Age Limit: The minimum age to rent a sports or luxury vehicle is 25 years (as standard for premium classes in the UAE), or 21 years for select standard categories, depending on specific insurance requirements.
- Documentation Required:
- UAE Residents: Valid UAE Driving License and Emirates ID.
- Tourists/International Visitors: Valid Passport, Entry Visa stamp, and an original Driving License from their country of origin. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required if the native license is not from an exempt country.
2. Payment & Security Deposit
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and premium digital payment methods.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is pre-authorized on the client’s credit card prior to vehicle delivery. This deposit is held to cover any potential traffic fines, Salik tolls, fuel shortages, or minor damages.
- Deposit Release: The security deposit is fully released within 21 to 30 days after the car is returned, allowing time for the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and police systems to clear all traffic violations.
3. Insurance Policy & Liability
- Comprehensive Insurance: All our vehicles come equipped with comprehensive insurance according to UAE law.
- Accident Procedure: In the event of an accident, the renter must secure a police report (via the Dubai Police App or by calling 999). Without a valid police report, the insurance becomes void, and the renter is fully responsible for all repair and rental loss expenses.
- Excess Fee: If an accident is the renter's fault, an insurance excess fee applies as specified in the signed rental contract.
4. Fuel, Mileage, and Geographical Limits
- Fuel Policy: Cars are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. A premium refueling charge applies if returned short.
- Mileage Allowance: Daily mileage limits apply based on the car category (typically 250 km per day). Additional kilometers are charged at the rate outlined in your specific contract.
- Geographical Limits: Vehicles are strictly restricted to the borders of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Taking vehicles across international borders (e.g., to Oman) is strictly forbidden.
5. Traffic Violations, Salik, and Tolls
- Salik (Tolls): Every cross through a Salik toll gate in Dubai is recorded automatically via the vehicle’s tag and charged to the renter at a standard rate of AED 5 per pass.
- Fines: The renter is 100% liable for all traffic violations, speeding tickets, and parking fines incurred during the rental block. A small processing fee may apply to each registered infraction.
6. Prohibited Use of Vehicles
Vehicles rented from Premium Cars Rentals Dubai must not be used for:
- Off-road driving, desert dune-bashing, or track racing.
- Transporting illegal substances or subleasing to third parties.
- Smoking inside the vehicle (a deep-cleaning fee up to AED 1,000 applies if smoking occurs).
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
